Young Cattlemen’s Conference 2026

Application Deadline: March 1, 2026

Conference Dates: May 28 – June 4, 2026; Colorado | Iowa/South Dakota | Ohio | Washington, D. C.

The Nevada Cattlemen’s Association is now accepting applications for the NCBA Young Cattlemen’s Conference — a premier leadership experience designed to cultivate the next generation of beef industry advocates.

YCC provides emerging leaders with an in‑depth, behind‑the‑scenes look at every segment of the beef supply chain, from ranch and feedyard operations to packing plants, transportation, retail, and consumer engagement.

Participants travel across multiple states, meet producers from every region, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the beef business.

A key component of the YCC experience is direct engagement with national policymakers. Delegates meet with members of Congress, federal agencies, and national industry leadership to discuss the issues that matter most to cattle producers — from land use and water policy to trade, taxes, and regulatory reform. These conversations give Nevada’s representative a meaningful voice in the national arena and help strengthen the connection between grassroots producers and the leaders who shape federal policy.

Nevada’s delegate will return home with expanded industry knowledge, stronger leadership skills, and a renewed commitment to serving both the state and national cattle community.

If you’re ready to grow, engage, and lead, we encourage you to apply!
