Drawing held February 20, 2010 at the conclusion of the Fallon Bull Sale
Proceeds to benefit Nevada Cattlemen’s Association and the Nevada Cattlewomen
"The Nevada Cattlemen's Association promotes a dynamic and profitable Nevada Beef Industry which represents the interest of its producers and consistently meets consumer needs while increasing Nevada's market share."
The forty-fourth annual Nevada Cattlemen’s Association Fallon All Breeds Bull Sale was the culmination site of the Association’s year long fund raising efforts. These non-dues based funds are used to support the Nevada Cattlemen’s Association efforts which are to promote a dynamic and profitable Nevada Beef Industry. “Net revenue from the twelve month raffle effort, which was also supported by Nevada Cattlewomen and allied industries, and revenue from our hay auction, exceeded our net return estimates,” states Ron Cerri, President of the Nevada Cattlemen’s Association.
Twenty-five tons of hay, donated by TS Ranch of Battle Mountain, Nevada and transportation of that hay by Rieman Hay of Gardnerville, Nevada was purchased during the Fallon Bull Sale auction by Maggie Creek Ranches of Elko for $140 per ton. This netted over $3500 for NCA efforts.
Six hundred and thirty-one raffle tickets sold at $25 per ticket grossed $15,775 while netting $11,200 for Nevada Cattlemen’s Association and Nevada Cattlewomen. Winners of that raffle are listed below.

NCA membership thanks those who supported the efforts of the association through the purchase of a $25 raffle ticket. If you purchased a ticket and were not fortunate enough to have won one of the above mentioned prizes you tied with over 621 others for eleventh place. As winners of eleventh place you are supporting NCA and its efforts to provide a means for Nevada’s Beef Cattle Industry to present a UNITED FRONT on issues that impact all of us. NCA is a non-profit trade association established in 1935. NCA would like to also thank allied industries for support and donation of the prizes for this fund raising effort.
